Scott grew up in Saint Joseph, MO where he attended Bishop LeBlond High School. He earned 4 All-District, 4 All-City, and 2 All-State honors while playing multiple positions for the Golden Eagles. After high school Scott received a scholarship to play at Young Harris College. Injuries cut his playing career short but accelerated his coaching career.
In 2007 Scott moved back to St. Joseph and started giving lessons at Hardball Instructional Facility. He also spent 5 years as the bullpen catcher for the Kansas City T-Bones. Scott's 10+ years of coaching and his background as a utility player has given him the unique ability to coach all ages and positions at a high level.
Blair grew up in Topeka, Kansas where he was drafted in the 2nd Round (42nd overall pick) to the Pittsburgh Pirates. He played 8 years professionally and has acquired over 20 years of coaching and training experience.
Brandon brings a unique perspective to EA. He played middle infield at the Division 1 level and has acquired over 13 years of coaching and training experience from youth through professional athletes.
Shaun's enthusiasm for the game and the players are evident when he’s on the field. His goal is to give back to the game of baseball and leave an impact on each of his players.
Wes has demonstrated an ability to connect with the kids in multiple aspects of the game. He is inspired to give back to the game of baseball and help boys better themselves.
